The idea behind Design Requests was to provide Vexels customers with a value-added service and to offer custom graphics and designs that they might need. This service not only provides service to the customer but is also used to build the online database of available charts.
You can only access this service on the Vexels site if you are a subscriber. If you want to request a custom design, you can access it from your profile page, where you can click on the “Design Request” tab in the side menu.
You will receive a form to fill out in which you can detail your request. The request takes 24 hours to process, and the actual design work will be completed within 4-5 business days.
When your custom design is complete, you will receive an email with a link to where you can download the design.
