WhatIs ClickMeeting?

ClickMeeting is an online platform founded in 2011 and headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland.

It allows you to organize webinars, meetings, training sessions and online courses.

The most popular use cases for its audience include:

  • E-learning
  • Onboarding
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Teleworking (for everyone, customers or organizations)

Initially, it was a comprehensive webinar solution for small and large businesses, designed by GetResponse, a software foremail marketing leading company that has numerous customer sites.

The application based on the cloud Public took on its own life, and in 2016, it separated from its parent company and became a separate entity.

Features

ClickMeeting has software that will meet the needs of your audience with its functionalities:

1. Host Management for ClickMeeting online meetings

ClickMeeting takes webinar management to the next level.

The host plays a crucial role, orchestrating the event from start to finish.

  • Central Management: The host has full control over the course and settings of the webinar.
  • Optimal Audio/Video Quality: WebRTC technology ensures a high quality audio/video experience.
  • Simplified recording: Ability to record and store webinars for later use.
  • Easy Scheduling: An intuitive calendar helps organize and track events.

ClickMeeting offers a solid foundation for successful courses and webinars, but its dependence on a stable Internet connection could be a challenge in some regions.

2. Whiteboard and Screen Sharing

The ClickMeeting software whiteboard and online screen sharing turn every webinar into a dynamic, interactive experience.

  • Whiteboard: Ideal for illustrating concepts and encouraging participation.
  • Screen Sharing: Show your screen for clear demonstrations.
  • Engagement: Surveys, calls to action, and chat for maximum interactivity.

While these tools promote engagement, their effectiveness depends heavily on the qualities and skill of the host to use them creatively.

3. Participant Management

ClickMeeting introduces automation to simplify webinar management, saving customer time and resources.

  • Automated Webinars: Plan sessions that take place without intervention.
  • Task Automation: Reduce repeatability with automated workflows.

Automating ClickMeeting is an asset, but could limit personal interaction, which is essential in some webinar contexts.

6. Custom Add-Ons

Avis du logiciel Clickmeeting

ClickMeeting software add-ons offer additional customization to adapt the platform to your unique needs.

ClickMeeting offers impressive customization, but dependence on add-ons can result in additional costs.

7. Webinar monitoring and analysis

With ClickMeeting software, track and analyze the performance of your webinars for continuous improvement.

  • Detailed Statistics: Access in-depth statistical analyses
  • Constructive Feedback: Use feedback to refine your strategies.

ClickMeeting's online analytics tools are powerful, but require a basic understanding of the data to be fully exploited.

Customer Support

ClickMeeting also has an impressive knowledge base.

Its resources are well organized.

It offers links to answers to the most common test questions and a search bar to explore the database for more information.

In addition to its FAQ section, this knowledge base includes a glossary, a collection of infographics, and a selection of video tutorials and webinars.

The ClickMeeting Online Academy is an electronic library that offers a wide range of manual products and other printable resources in Adobe PDF format.

If you want to talk to someone live, you can reach the team via chat (but not by phone), as long as you have an active account.

Final Verdict

ClickMeeting isn't the only titan in video conferencing.

But it's arguably more versatile than its main rivals: Zoom and Zoho Meeting.

It may not be possible to test one of its paid subscriptions for free.

However, the limited-time free edition of its software should be enough to discover most of its features, including its unparalleled automation and live-streaming capabilities.

The few negatives of ClickMeeting were hard to overlook, including the company's aversion to telephone support and its 24-hour live chat customer service.

Its list of integrations is also a bit disappointing, but it's not the worst we've seen.

The shortcomings of the ClickMeeting Android app are slightly regrettable, but they are forgivable.

In any event, the browser-based version of the software was at the forefront by design.

Pros
  • A solid and stable webinar platform with a wide variety of presentation tools
  • Intuitive user interface (UI) and user-friendly features.
  • Fast learning curve.
  • Saves webinar recordings to the cloud and syncs them to Dropbox.
  • Offers multiple call to action (CTA) buttons and numerous templates.
  • It offers a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required.
Cons
  • Does not provide telephone support
  • Livechat is not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Offers fewer than two dozen integrations
  • Should improve its ClickMeeting Android application
