Why did Cold CRM change its name?

During the Cash Investigation investigation entitled Our data is worth gold, ColdCRM has been singled out for non-compliance with the GDPR.

How do I use the Datarosa Chrome Extension?

While the Datarosa web application allows you to search for emails and phone numbers based on names only, what if you want to search directly from LinkedIn, using its premium filters?

In this case, we recommend that you use the Chrome extension from Datarosa, if you use the Chrome browser (or Brave, Mozilla, Opera, Vivaldi, or Edge)

Let's see now how to use Datarose through its Chrome extension.

Step 1

Install the Datarosa extension from the Chrome store.

Step 2

After installation, go to LinkedIn and open a person's profile or search page.

Once you have search results, open the extension by clicking on the Datarosa logo at the top right of your browser window to bring up the results in a window.

Step 3

Click on “Search All” then on the email and phone icons on the right of each profile to get the available contact details (emails and phone numbers) of all profiles visible on this page.

All the emails that the Datarosa extension extracts are verified and validated, so you can save on additional email validation tools

Next to each email, you'll notice green, orange, or gray indicators to confirm whether or not it was validated.

 

The points represent the bounce rates on the given email IDs.

A green dot means that the email address has a bounce rate of less than 3%. An orange dot means that the bounce rate is between 3% and 7% and a gray dot implies that the bounce rate can be as high as 10% to 25%.

After getting the search results, you also have the option to add all LinkedIn contacts to a Datarosa list. It allows you to add all contacts or only those whose contact details were found by the extension.

Adding all contacts to a list means that even if you can't find their contact information the first time, you can always come back to it later and try again, since the databases used by Datarosa are updated every 8 hours.

Also, even if you can't find an email using the Chrome extension, that doesn't necessarily mean there's no contact information available.

The technology offered by Datarosa makes it possible to find emails and telephone numbers.

Step 4

Act massively: use the “Get ALL” button and the bulk download tool.

If you use the platform LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you can also mention the number of contacts you want and then click on “Get all leads” to receive up to 1500 contacts at once.

The CRM robot then extracts and retrieves all contacts without even visiting LinkedIn profiles and shares the consolidated CSV of the contact information acquired on your email address and in the files page accessible with the left menu of the web application.

This CSV file can then be uploaded to the Datarosa website with additional information such as emails, phone numbers, and other additional information.
