- Another option is to film yourself with tools like Loom or Vidyard then to share these videos both in your application or website (via a popup but also your FAQ) but also by email.
Remember to ask for feedback with your customers at the end of the onboarding to be sure that the value proposition is well understood but also that they will have the keys to use your product independently.
